Personal data is processed through our web shop. acrust BV considers careful handling of personal data to be very important, which is why we process and secure it with due care.
In our processing we comply with the requirements of data protection law. Among other things, this means that we:
- clearly specify our purposes before we process personal data, through this privacy statement;
- limit our collection of personal data to only the data needed for legitimate purposes;

Your account
For certain parts of our web shop you need to register first. You then provide information about yourself and choose a user name. With those we create an account, which you can log in to with that user name and a password of your own choosing. For this we use your name and address details, email address and IP address. We do this on the basis of your consent. We keep this information until you close the account.
We keep it so that you do not have to enter it every time, and so that we can contact you in connection with the performance of the agreement. You can change the information in your account whenever you want.

Handling your order
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to handle it properly. We may then pass it
on to our delivery service so that your order can be delivered to you. We also receive information

IP address. We do this on the basis of your consent. We keep this information until your order has
been completed. Certain customer data we keep longer because of the statutory tax retention
obligation.

You can use the contact form to ask us questions or make requests. For this we use your name and address details and email address. We do this on the basis of your consent. We keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response.

Your email address is only added to the list of subscribers with your consent. This data is kept until you cancel the subscription.
