Product Description
Grandma and Grandpa finally get their performance review, and the grandkids hand out the scores. You fill in their two names with a score each, five subjects with a rating in pen, a comment and the grandkids' names as the signature, and choose an icon, the pen colour and a style: performance review or contract renewal. A funny gift for Grandparents Day, Christmas or a birthday, to announce a pregnancy or just because.
