To give you an idea: a standard American pepper spray can already have a SHU value of 2 million.
The 6 included varieties are delivered in different forms: the dried chili peppers themselves and chili powder in small containers. To not overburden the fire department too much, try having enough fire-fighting resources nearby when testing these out! Contrary to what you might think though, water will not help. Try using milk, yogurt or plain bread instead.
